Privatisation

• Negotiated, drafted and advised on the Concession Agreement with the Government of Malaysia for Link Kedua (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in respect of the privatization of the Malaysia - Singapore Second Crossing.

• Negotiated, drafted and advised on the Concession Agreement with the Government of Malaysia for Senai-Desaru Expressway Sdn Bhd in respect of the privatization of the Senai-Desaru Expressway.

• Advised UEM on the North South Interurban Toll Expressway, and drafted and negotiated with the Government of Malaysia on the Concession Agreement and relevant construction contracts.

• Advised UEM on the ELITE Expressway Project and drafted and negotiated with the Government of Malaysia on the Concession Agreement.

• Drafted, negotiated and advised on the Concession Agreement with the Government of Malaysia for Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd in respect of the privatization of the Penang Bridge.

• Advised a leading Malaysian Main Board Company on a Private Public Partnership (PPP) or Private Funding Initiative (PFI) proposal for the construction of a new hospital building under the Ministry of Health.

• Advised a leading Malaysian company on a PPP proposal for the development of a vaccination center under the Ministry of Health.

• Advising and drafting of a Privatisation Agreement between Desatera Sdn Bhd and the Government of Malaysia for the privatization of military cookhouses under the Ministry of Defense.

• Advising and drafting of a 15 year agreement for MMDC Sdn Bhd for the maintenance dredging of river mouth throughout Malaysia between MMDC Sdn Bhd and the Government of Malaysia.
