• Advised and negotiated on a Distribution Agreement for and on behalf of Remedi Pharmaceuticals Sdn Bhd with Trump Medical Supplies (HK) Limited, a HK company whose core business is in purchasing, selling, marketing and distributing pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, health centers and medical institutions, dispensaries, medicine shops and chain stores within HK and Macau, for the rights to be its sole and exclusive distributor of pharmaceuticals and non pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, health centers and medical institutions, dispensaries, medicine shops and chain stores within HK and Macau.

• Advised and negotiated on a Joint venture for and on behalf of Pharmaniaga Bhd. with Health Care International Investment Limited, a British Virgin islands company whose core business is investment, on a joint venture to manage the distribution, logistics, sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products and the establishment of managed care organizations throughout Asia.

• Advised and negotiated on a Material Transfer Agreement for and on behalf of our client with the American Institute For Biosocial And Medical Research, Inc, an American company, on the conduct of a toxicology study.

• Advised and assisted Pharmaniaga Berhad to negotiate a Supply Chain Management System Agreement with Kluaynamthai International, a Thailand company, to implement Pharmaniaga’s Supply Chain Management System in Thailand
