• The firm acts for one of the major Malaysia companies in marine dredging works Messrs. Tidalmarine (M) Sdn Bhd in drafting various capital and maintenance dredging agreements, purchase of dredging vessels, chartering of dredging vessels and legal disputes.

• The firm acts as legal advisor to a major marine consulting firm, Dr. Nik & Associates on various legal aspects of its works including drafting of contractual documents, advising on contractual issues and legal dispute.

• Advised the project management consultant in relation to contract administration for the construction, completion and maintenance of dredging works for Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Johor (Phase II). Also advised, drafted and negotiated the Services and Project Cost Warranty Agreement between the Government and the operator of the Port.
