Kim Lim

K im Lim’s areas of practice include banking, corporate and commercial law. She has represented several major infrastructure companies in their respective debt refinancing and restructuring exercises involving local banks, financial institutions and the Government of Malaysia. She represented and advised an aircraft charter/leasing company in connection with the grant of US Dollar loans from an international bank and guaranteed by the Government of Malaysia for the purchase of aircraft and its lease arrangements with the Government of Malaysia for two airport premises in Kuala Lumpur. She has also represented and advised merchant banks and companies in relation to the issuance of private debt securities including floating rate notes and Islamic bonds.
