• Assisted the Liquidators KPMG in the liquidation of PUTRA involving the sale and purchase of all assets, transfer of land rights, novation of rights and obligations under all contractual arrangements and assignment and transfer of the concession rights to operate and maintain the rail services to Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad.

• Assisted Liquidators KPMG in the liquidation of Sistem Transit Aliran Ringan Sdn Bhd involving the sale and purchase of all assets, transfer of land rights, novation of rights and obligations under all contractual arrangements and assignment and transfer of concession rights in respect of the franchise agreements of STAR LRT Phase I and II.
