Infrastructure

• Advised Dommintai Telecommunication (M) Ltd on tenders for the Bakun Hydroelectric Project and drafted a joint venture arrangement with PT Intidaya, PT Telekom for the proposed telecommunication project in Indonesia.

• Advised and drafted the development Agreement for Vistajati Holding Sdn Bhd in respect of the proposed sale, development and construction of a block of apartments in the commonwealth Village at Bukit Jalil to Bestari Gagah Sdn bhd.

• Negotiated, drafted and advised on construction contracts and other contractual arrangements for UE Construction Sdn Bhd for the construction of several packages for the Central Link Highway and other related matters including the preparation of powers of attorneys.

• Advising and assisting United Engineers (Malaysia) Berhad in the preparation of tender documents, including the joint venture agreements and powers of attorneys for toll road projects in Malaysia.

• Advising and assisting Propel in the preparation of tender documents, including the joint venture agreements and power of attorneys for a proposed project in Philippines.
