One of the three founding partners at ATS, Mohd Shahrom’s areas of practice include construction law, privatisation and corporate and commercial law.
He has advised Malaysian companies on the privatisation of a bridge and expressway that involved negotiations with the Government of Malaysia and the drafting of privatisation and concession agreements.
Mohd Shahrom has also been called upon to advise a Malaysian oil and gas company in connection with its oil and gas exploration in Indonesia and drafted the production sharing agreement and related contractual agreements.
He has also represented and advised a major road infrastructure company in Malaysia on its joint venture project in the Philippines and India.
Mohd Shahrom is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited Arbitrator with the Regional Centre for Arbitration Kuala Lumpur
