Advised Ranhill Power Berhad in relation to related party transactions entered into by its subsidiary and holding company.
Advised Propel Berhad in relation to a scheme of arrangement between the company and its shareholders.
Advised Ranhill Power Berhad in relation to the transfer of its listing from the second board onto the main board of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad.
