Over the years, ATS has built an excellent track record in handling all matters pertaining to contracts. We have been involved in every stage of a contract process, from tenders to preparation of contract documentation to dispute resolution.

Our scope of work includes drafting and review of letters of intent, letters of award and tenders. We also provide services for drafting of construction, management and technical services agreements, turnkey and supply contracts and construction-related bond and guarantee documents.

In the past decade, we have successfully assisted our clients in several high profile infrastructure projects in the country.

ATS advised and assisted one of the biggest construction companies in Malaysia in the preparation of tender documents for building toll road projects in Malaysia, Philippines, India and Indonesia.

We also played a major role in facilitating the realisation of the National Sports Complex that was the main venue for the 1998 Commonwealth Games, one of the most important international sporting events hosted by Malaysia.
